Custom wholesale ordering is simple:

Can I order different soaps in different quantities?

Yes. Mixed assortments are welcome as long as the full order is at least 20 bars and each scent is ordered in a quantity of at least 10 bars. List each soap and quantity in the form.

Can I send inspiration images?

Yes. You can paste share links to inspiration or reference images in the form. Please make sure the link can be viewed without requesting access.

Can I request essential-oil-only or unscented soaps?

Yes. Choose essential oils only or unscented in the scent section and tell us any scent preferences or ingredients you would prefer to avoid.

Do you offer private label and custom branding?

Yes. Custom logo stamps, labels and packaging can be discussed for private-label and branded projects. Availability and additional costs depend on the requested customization.

Can I request specific botanicals, clays or design features?

Yes. Add your preferences to the inquiry form. We will confirm what is suitable and feasible for your requested soap design before the order is finalized.

How is wholesale pricing determined?

Pricing is quoted per project and depends on quantity, soap specifications, scent choice, customization, labels and packaging requirements.

How long will my custom order take?

Timing depends on order size, customization, our production schedule and the curing time required for cold-process soap. We will confirm the expected timeline with your quote before payment.

How are wholesale orders delivered?

Wholesale orders are shipped. Shipping method and cost are confirmed based on the destination, order size and final project details.

Are custom wholesale orders final sale?

Yes. Because custom orders are made specifically for the approved project, they are final sale once confirmed and produced.
