Shipping policy

1. Returns, Exchanges & Refunds

🔹 Due to hygiene and safety reasons, we do not accept returns, exchanges, or refunds on opened or used products. If you are unsure about a product, please review the ingredients carefully before purchasing.

🔹 Unopened and unused products may be eligible for return or exchange within 12 days of delivery. To initiate a return, please contact us at snuzhatcare@gmail.com with your order number and reason for return. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item is defective or incorrect.

🔹 If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within 24 hours of delivery with clear photos of the item and packaging. We will gladly offer a replacement or store credit after reviewing your claim.

🔹 If a return is approved, we will notify you once we've received and inspected the item and inform you of the refund decision. If approved, the refund will be processed to your original payment method within 10 business days.

🔹 Please note: banks and credit card companies may take additional time to process and post refunds. If more than 15 business days have passed since your refund was approved, please contact us at snuzhatcare@gmail.com.

2. Cancellations & Order Changes

🔹 Orders may be canceled or modified within 8 hours of purchase.
🔹 After 8 hours, your order may have entered processing or shipping and can no longer be changed or canceled.

3. Allergic Reactions & Skin Sensitivities

🔹 We do not offer refunds or accept returns due to allergic reactions or sensitivities.
🔹 All ingredients are listed on our website; we recommend performing a patch test before full use.
🔹 Our products are crafted with natural ingredients, and individual results may vary. If you have known sensitivities, please consult a healthcare professional before use.

4. Shipping Issues – Lost, Stolen, or Delayed Packages

🔹 Once shipped, we are not responsible for delays, lost, or stolen packages caused by the shipping carrier.
🔹 If marked as delivered but not received, check with neighbors or your local post office. If unresolved, contact the courier directly.
🔹 For delayed deliveries, please allow extra time due to possible weather or postal disruptions.

5. Weight & Handmade Variations

🔹 Our products are handmade in small batches; slight variations in color, texture, or scent are normal and do not affect quality or performance.
🔹 We ensure each item meets or slightly exceeds its intended weight. Minor variances are part of the handmade nature.
