At Snuzhat Care, we are committed to crafting high-quality, handmade skincare products and soaps with carefully selected ingredients. Since our products are personal care items, we have specific guidelines for returns and replacements to ensure customer safety and product integrity.
1. Returns & Refunds
🔹 Due to hygiene and safety reasons, we do not accept returns, exchanges, or refunds on opened or used products. If you are unsure about a product, please review the ingredients carefully before purchasing.
🔹 If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within 24 hours of delivery with photos, and we will gladly offer a replacement or store credit after reviewing your claim.
🔹 If a return is approved for an eligible issue, we will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return and inform you whether the refund has been approved. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded to your original payment method within 10 business days.
🔹 Please remember that banks and credit card companies may take extra time to process and post refunds. If more than 15 business days have passed since your refund was approved, please contact us at snuzhatcare@gmail.com.
2. Cancellations & Order Changes
🔹 Orders can be canceled or modified within 24 hours of purchase. Once your order has been processed or shipped, we are unable to make changes.
3. Allergic Reactions & Skin Sensitivities
🔹 We do not offer refunds or accept returns due to allergic reactions or sensitivities. All ingredients are listed on our website, and we recommend performing a patch test before full use.

4. Shipping Issues – Lost, Stolen, or Delayed Packages
🔹 Once your order has been shipped, we are not responsible for delays, lost, or stolen packages caused by the shipping carrier.
🔹 If your package is marked as delivered but you haven’t received it, please check with neighbors or your local postal office. If the issue persists, contact the courier for further assistance.
🔹 If your package is delayed, please allow extra time before reaching out, as shipping times may vary due to weather or postal service disruptions.
5. Weight & Handmade Variations
🔹 Our products are handmade in small batches, meaning slight variations in color, texture, or scent are normal. These do not affect product quality or effectiveness.
🔹 We ensure that each product meets its intended weight or slightly more—please ignore minor weight variations due to the handmade nature of our products.
6. Legal Disclaimer & Limitation of Liability
🔹 By purchasing from Snuzhat Care, you agree to use our products at your own discretion and risk. Our products are for external use only, and we do not claim to treat, cure, or prevent any medical conditions.
🔹 Snuzhat Care is not liable for any harm, injury, or allergic reactions caused by product use. It is your responsibility to check ingredients and perform a patch test before full application.
🔹 Any legal disputes or claims against Snuzhat Care must first be addressed through good-faith negotiation. If a resolution cannot be reached, claims shall be handled in accordance with the laws of Alberta, Canada, and disputes will be resolved exclusively in the courts of Calgary, Alberta.
🔹 By purchasing from us, you waive the right to sue for minor or unintended effects arising from product use and acknowledge that our liability is limited to the purchase price of the product.
